HOW DO I APPLY FOR A TRADE ACCOUNT?

To apply for a trade account simply click on the yellow ‘apply’ at the top right of the home page or at the bottom of the ‘Become An Approved Fossil Trade Customer’ box.

This will take you to a screen where you are required to enter in various details including a password. In order to progress you must enter something into every field. If not everything applies e.g. a VAT registration number simply enter some numbers to populate the field.  The 'reference' is perhaps a former supplier, or someone who can vouch that you are a bona fide trader.

Upon completion an email will be sent to us and we will review your details and approve you (provided you are a genuine wholesale customer). You will receive an email saying you have been approved. At this point you can enter your email address and password to log in and start shopping!

HOW DOES ORDERING ONLINE WITH YOU WORK?

Submit an order by adding items to your cart as you would on other websites.

There is a comments section in your order where you can ask for specifics or anything else you would like us to know e.g. a requested delivery date. (we aim to send out same or next working day)

 We will call you if we have to make any substitutions, and to let you know your shipping, VAT and final totals, before taking a payment with you over the phone.   Once we have spoke to you and taken payment with a credit/debit card, we'll send everything out to you for next day delivery.  Any orders received early in the day normally go out same day, so expect our call!

HOW DO I PAY?
We will ring you to tell you that your order is ready, inform you of shipping totals, final order total and to take a credit card payment over the telephone.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
Yes, the minimum order is £100.


ARE ALL THE SIZES AND WEIGHTS ACCURATE?
As our products are all natural and therefore unique, all sizes and weights quoted are approximate. We will take our utmost care to select the best and nearest product to your order. In the event of any variation in price or appearance, we will contact you. 

SOMETIMES ITEMS SEEM TO HAVE GONE UP IN PRICE SINCE MY LAST ORDER?

We will look at our deliveries and select the most common price point for any particular line - eg the stones are natural and don't all weigh the same, eg we may buy them by the kilo.   That particular size may then sell out because it will obviously be the one quoted for every online order.  We will then have to go to the next nearest price point - but rest assured, if its dearer, it will be bigger or better in some way.  The price can go up as well as down - so sometimes something can be a little smaller than your last item - but in the same way, likely it will be cheaper! Sometimes when a whole new batch of something arrives it will have gone up, and then the new items will be a bit dearer on the site than for the last batch.  Confused?  Just ring and ask us!


WHAT WILL DELIVERY COST?
Postage will be added when your final order is assembled – normally within one or two working days of receipt of your order. For UK deliveries, we will send your goods by courier and they will arrive on the next working morning.  This is charged at cost and is approximatley £10 for up to 20 kg and similarly reasonable for heavier parcels.

CAN YOU DELIVER TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE UK?
Yes, we can deliver internationally – and do so on a regular basis – but please discuss your requirements with us before you order.  


DO PRICES INCLUDE VAT?
As a wholesaler, the prices shown are exclusive of VAT. Once we receive your order, we will calculate the total cost for you including delivery and VAT.

WHAT IF I'M NOT HAPPY WITH A PRODUCT ONCE IT ARRIVES?
If you're unhappy with something please contact us to arrange a return, replacement, refund - or credit on a future order.
